In order to comply with the requirements stated by the Decree 1875/79, Law 2324/84, as well as the National and International Policy about the prevention of the Marine Environment Pollution, the Shipping Agency _______________________ has requested the Port’s Captain to appoint a surveyor in Marine Pollution. For such effect, the surveyor in Marine Pollution________________________________ with License class number will be the Authority Representative from the Port of Cartagena during the loading/unloading operations, controlling and requesting the fulfillments of the rules mentioned before.
