Why could a franchise be considered an intrapreneurial model?

First, people have to know what´s an intrapreneur? Well, that is someone who works within acompany to develop an idea into a workable product or service. So, Intrapreneurs are given a high level of autonomy for their projects by the companies they work for and they are often said to be actingessentially like entrepreneurs without the risks associated with being an entrepreneur.

When an intrapreneur wants to develop a business they could get franchises and when they run the projectsthey could think outside the box but following the rules of the structure of the business established.

Franchises are considered intraprenurial model because it is truth they are established projectbut even thought intrapreneurs ought to take risk, develop ideas and strategies to improve the business, learn from their experiences as they develop new projects and they take lessons from bothsuccesses and failures. An advantage is about the teamwork required a business already proved, typically they have small support team taken from coworkers at the organization they work for, with theintrapreneur assembling a team which will be most suited to a particular project.
In franchises also manage the financing area, and the intrapreneur is proficient in this area because he/she has tomeasure a budget that is outside his property but not at all.
In other words intrapreneurial franchisees don’t buy a job, the key of this is to understand the model that they are investing in an operationsystem that works, but that the financial rewards are results of the effort they put into their own business.  It’s a crucial step change to move from being an employee where people are guaranteed asalary almost no matter what they do, to taking 100% responsibility for your income.
