Personal Contacts (Access 2007 Practice)
1. Create a new database called MyContacts_XXXXXX (where XXXXXX is your ID number).
2. Using the Design View create a new table, include the followingfields:

Birthdate Date and Time3. Name the table ContactInfo, set ContactID as the primary key field.
4. Enter at least 6 records into the table, making sure that at least two people have the same last name. Add your name to therecords (that makes seven records!).
5. Sort the records in Ascending order by last name
6. Using the Query Wizard, create a query with the following fields from the ContactInfo table in this order:LastName, FirstName, Birthdate.
7. View your query Design View; type your birthday as the criteria for the Birthdate column and make sure you sort the records in ascending order by LastName. Namethe query, MyBirthday.
8. Create another query, using the Query Wizard. Include the following fields from the ContactInfo table in this order: LastName, FirstName, Address, City and State. Type apopular last name (the one you repeated in instruction number 4) as the criteria for the column LastName and sort the records in ascending order by FirstName
9. Using the Form Wizard create a form thatwill include the following fields: LastName, FirstName, Birthdate, EmailAddress and HomePhone.
10. Choose any layout, and style of your choice and save it as FriendsForm.
11. Open your form inDesign View and add a new field, called Age where you calculate how old (in years) is each one of your friends.
12. Using the Report Wizard create a report that will include all the fields from the tableContactInfo.
13. Group your friends by City, sort them by LastName and save the report as FriendsList. (Choose any layout, orientation and style of your choice)
