1.DESCRIPTION OF BUSINESS


TANOOS is a company that was founded in October 2011, formed by three partners who are specialize in food culture, which committed to the health and good food created TANOOS.

TANOOS uses 100% fresh products and 100% Peruvian, is the only restaurants chain of fast food that provides a specialized service to customers and 100% natural.

Our company is dedicated to providing ourcustomers the opportunity to design their sandwiches, that they can choose the size, and fresh components, we also offer varieties of sauces and salads, specialty of the house, which is a good accompaniment for sandwiches TANOOS.

Our customers will get to buy and consume our product with a complement, they may choose different dishes like puff pastry, biscuits, pancakes, gingerbread caps,croissants, muffins,etc.

Each of the production process, since the raw material is processed until it reaches the hands of our customers so we ensure that each of them feel happy to be part of our family.

We also offer a natural, lactose-free. In some cases for more demanding customer. We have the delicacy light, totally sugar free for those who want it.

It is noteworthy that our local, is nota restaurant, not a cafe not candy shop, is a blend that we decided to give name, THE MANJADERIA. Creating a new concept in the world of pastry Peruvian cuisine in a boom that is unique and worthy of exploit.

Be the first business to sell delicacies ( manjares) of flavors and varieties, becoming a benchmark for innovation and cuisine. Creating new concepts in baking.2.  MISSION

Establish a chain of services and offering our new product meeting the needs and the desires of our customers in every corner of our country, gaining their trust while positioning in the market.








3.  KEY OBJECTIVES

➢ Create a new concept in the classic delicacy , offering more varieties of the common ones.
➢ To position in the mindsof consumers as a  La manjaderia, offering the new presentations and flavors.
➢ Providing the delicacy in the form of product to carry, in addition to that served in the manjaderia. Found in supermarkets and in our stores.
➢ Create a modern look with classical allusions to attract sophisticated at first glance to various youth and adults.
➢  Identify our place with our brand and market.
➢Achieving be considered synonymous with quality and good taste
➢  Become a pleasant dining alternative, which not only consume the product but also spend some leisure time in pleasant company.
➢ Render our products as unique.
➢ Standardize processes to create franchises, so they can expand, and perhaps more success in the not too distant abroad.
➢ Use our brand to support andcreate social activities. Help and encourage.
➢ Achieve national recognition as an innovative and successful company.


4. ORGANIZATION OF THE COMPANY

The corporate form that will work on this project will be held corporation, "SAC" by meeting with the main features we are currently shaped. We are four partners, enough to form a SAC under the General Corporation Law, Law 26887.Administrative Bodies of Closed Stock Company are:

General meeting of shareholders .
Main body composed of all member-company shareholders.

Body Board Appointed by the General Meeting of Shareholders, comprising at least by 03 members can be partners or not the company. It is optional.

Management Body appointed by the General Meeting of shareholders or the Board can be a partner or not...
