I. DESCRIPTION OF BUSINESS

TANOOS is a company that was founded in October 2011, formed by three partners who are specializein food culture, which committed to the health and good food created TANOOS.

TANOOS uses 100% fresh products and 100% Peruvian, is the only restaurants chain of fast food that provides a specialized service to customers and 100% natural.

Our company is dedicated to providing our customers the opportunity to design their sandwiches, that they can choose the size, and fresh components, wealso offer varieties of sauces and salads, specialty of the house, which is a good accompaniment for sandwiches TANOOS.

TANOOS find products 100% fresh, the smell of freshly baked baguette, because we own ovens where you will appreciate the breads are made and the ingredients they have.

II. ORGANIZATION OF THE COMPANY

1. General meeting of shareholders:

Main body composed of all member-company shareholders.

Management Body appointed by the General Meeting of shareholders or the Board can be a partner or not the company.

The closed corporation is a form of limited company designed for small businesses it is unnecessary complexity in their administrative bodies.
