Freddie Mercury was a British musician, singer and songwriter, famous in all the world for be the leader and singer of the rock bandQueen.
He start being mundial famous in England and singing in english but not too much people know that he had Persian and Indianorigins.
Freddie Mercury was born in an British Island which actually belongs Tanzania on September 5, 1946. In 1954 when he was 8,he went to India for studying In Bombay. At school, he was in a band called The Hectics, where he played the piano. In that times, hisfriends said that he had a talent for music, and he could take it.
(Good) He took piano lessons until he was 9. Later, when he wentto London, he learned to play the guitar. Most of the music he liked and wrote had a very strong accompaniment of a guitar, but he wasalways known for his strong voice and is recognized by many crits and opera singers, who always wanted to sing with him.
The Bandhad a success in Unated Kingdom and around the world on the 70s and 80s years and actuallity the band and Freddie Mercury are consideretea legend with their 10 albums. Queen solt more than 300 millons of albums around the world.
Finally Mercury died in his home whenhe was only 45 years old 1991 and the cause of death was AIDS, (SIDA in spanish) an illeness which he have been fighting for 10 years.
