Erin Gruwell is a teacher of full ideals that choose Wilson to teach. She wants to find an educational environment based on equality, but finds a climate oftension, intolerance, hopelessness, and gang members in which children practice violence. The professor Erin seeking alternative of motivation for students to put outside everything to do with the bad life.Erin hopes to make the change in the group, and begins to perform various activities in and outside of school. Erin Gruwell accomplished his goal of making the change in students.
The teacherplaced the tables by sector, creating a separation, dividing students into groups and separated. In the center place colored a red tape. Then the teacher begins to ask how many had been shot, how many hadlost friends to shootings, how many prisoners had family or friends and all raise their hands. Seeing how much they had in common, the divisions between them start to dissolve and are ready to share,display and compare war wounds they had, bullet or knife. Erin sees the groups begin to talk to each other for the first time, sharing their stories.
She used an environment where each studentcould answer without having to speak. It is easier to use the technique of the game so that they do not feel compelled to speak. It would be a cultured way of making this game.
In the least expectedmoment Erin had earned her respect because no one in his position had always done that question. She saw the effect he had caused them to talk about the victims of the Holocaust. Erin was more concernedwith the thought of bringing students and the museum of the Holocaust, and that is where the students began to open their hearts.
