Posible solutions
unemployment has several solutions but, in practice, there is no easily applied. Perhaps the most suitable would be reduced, legally, working hours and so produce the jobs that are needed. For example, in legal form could be set two daily shifts of different workers, with shifts of six hours per day, Monday through Friday. That would double the jobs and might have made foreveryone, but they are also double the cost of labor to firms. However, if the two work shifts ended up with unemployment, employers also benefit, as if the entire population had jobs, increase domestic consumption, which would result in higher sales and more profits for producers ultimately after all are the same employers. Furthermore, it must be admitted that unemployment is a universal socialproblem, and being so, the government would have to make some contribution.
In this case, for example, could eliminate the taxes that employers pay the payroll. And why not, the government of the VAT would bear the cost that it is for employers in health contributions of low-wage workers. And to work with employers, employees earning high salaries they could pay their medical expenses. In this modeof solution, the idea is that everyone makes their contribution for no unemployment.

And another theoretical solution of unemployment could be established by an inventory, the amount of existing workforce, and the number of people able to work, and to distribute the sum of labor among all staff able to work in weekly proportion time. With existing technology, it would be relatively easy to makethese inventories. And, if this rule were applied in solving unemployment, justice would be done in income producing work and employment equity.
Perhaps the biggest cause of unemployment arises from failures in the distribution of benefits of the technology. In practical terms, the technology has always been designed and implemented to benefit only the industrial and reduce them to never worktime workers. And just what would be a good percentage of the work performance of the technology will be used to work time workers.
