1. TOCAMOS EL TIMBRE DE LA HABITACION
Room Service!! (Luego de 15 segundos toca nuevamente tocando hasta 3 veces) Si la puerta tiene DND NO TOCAR. Llamamos al supervisor2. SALUDAMOS AL HUESPED / PEDIMOS PERMISO PARA ENTRAR
Buenos días Sr. López, me permite ingresar? (colocamos el doorstoper en la puerta para mantenerla abierta)

3. ARMAR LA MESA
Sr. Dónde le guaría desayunar? (ubicamos la mesa, la abrimos y acomodamos la mesa)

4. PRESENTAMOS LA BEBIDASr. López aquí puede encontrar su café, su… Le gustaría que sirva su bebida?

5. PRESENTAMOS LA COMIDA
