FUNCIONES DE UN ADMINISTRADOR EN UNA EMPRESA.

La tarea que lleva acabo un “administrador” ha sido descripta en innumerables escritos, no obstante, me parece que un repaso de dichas tareas puede ser beneficioso a fin de poder calibrar nuestro accionar como ejecutivo.
Existen 11 grandes cuestiones que debe atender todo administrador, las mismas son:
1. Representación.
Esta función tiene que ver con la definición pura de la autoridad formal.
Una organizaciónestá constituida por un grupo de hombres y como consecuencia de ello se requiere que alguien cumpla el rol de vocero, de elemento aglutinante, de nexo ante la comunidad. El “administrador” en todo momento está representando a la organización.
