Engine description

Crankcase of grey cast iron, integrated liners (patent bore). Open. One piece greycast block type cylinderhead. Hanging in cylinder head, one intake and one exhaust valve per cylinder, actuated via tappets, pushrods and rocker arms, driven by camshaft in bi-metal bearings. Three-ring piston, twocombustion rings, one oil scraper ring. Oil-cooled with spray nozzles. Wastegate turbocharger with charge air cooling (air/air). Drop-forged steel.
