Good Morning teacher and classmates. Today, We're going to talk about the terrific story
of bloody Mary.
Who could forget the scary story of Bloody Mary, the evilspirit who will kill you if you call
her? Most people heard the Bloody Mary legend when they were children but if but if you haven't
heard, you must listen carefully.
Bloody Mary is very popularlegend from the English folklore, folk tradition that has developed in
England.
The legend is about a girl, called Mary, who was fifteen years old. She was really pretty and vain.
The center of her vainwas her beautiful long and black hair and she brushed it 100 times nightly.
Mary was always admiring herself in the mirror and other reflections.
One day her classmates wanted to play a joke so oneof them, a man, hid in her closet while she
brushed her hair. While she was careless, the man came out, covered his mouth with a tissue and
cut off all his hair. She couldn't stand being ugly andcould not wait for the hair will grow back. A
few weeks later, she committed suicide.
there are many versions of this story: Mary Worth, who was horribly disfigured in a car crash.
