Funky business is an invitation to innovate, to create, to challenge, not to reason, all the inactive thing. Is achallenge to fixed ideas, is a challenge to the not, to the impossible thing, upon not I being able.
Is an invitation to the yes and to the now. "Do not expect, be funky", thebook is besides velocity, rapidity and adaptation in the business world. Is in the now and to be mounted in the rocket of it not lasting is the danger with the one that have tohave more attention.
In my personal opinion it is a book to have it low of the pillow because it is a book that I think teach you the basics of new business and the way thetendency is going in one part of the book they said: “The New field of competitive battle is not found in the environment of the motors or of the air conditioning, but in thedesign, in the guarantee, in the service after sold, in the image and in the offering of financing. In intellectual and intangible aspects. And, of course, in the people. (p.38)”So business are changing and you have to adapt in order to be competitive that is the main idea that I get from the book adapt to new circumstances because what I reallyunderstood from the class and the book is that “Change is the only thing that doesn’t change”, so the very essence of life I think is never to stay stocked in a place or an idea becausethen people with new ideas and business are going to pass you and you will be destroyed by your competence.
That is one lesson I learn that in the class and it is also forthe life “try to be a step ahead of everybody” in order to survive and be always competitive.
