COFIE, the dealer
In order to perform like sistem dealer, COFIDE presented a Development Plan, what established its functions will be make it with Dealer Trust (henceforth, the “Trust”). According,Resolución that created itself (Res. No. 001-2005-CS/GNV) this Trust is formed for the next three elements: (i) the public fideicomitente, integrated by Superintendent Counsel (ii) the PrivateFideicomitentes integrated by Pluspetrol Perú Corporation S.A. and Natural Gas Lima y Callao S.R.L. and (iii) the Fideicomisario, integrated by Superintendent Counsel.
The Trsut has the followings mainfunctions: (i) management system information, y (ii) management issue that guaranties pays Trust contract for its accomplishment, celebrated between financier system entities and people and companiesfor the purpose of giving the necessary capital for transform their vehicle to Natural Gas System and acquiring new vehicles with Natural Gas system.
Besides, la resolución Superintendent CounselNo. 001-2005-CS/GNV specified that COFIDE will be the agent for income of pay financing gave by the entities of financier system to vehicle´s properties or renters for using Natural Gas System. Thisincome, according to article 68 of administrative law should be collet by the Public Sellers Workers of Establishments of Natural Gas System.
After, the Decreto Supremo No 014-2010-EM modified thecontain of System because of the claim of financier services increased for the transformation from gasoline vehicle to Natural Gas Vehicles System. Therefore, this Decreto Supremo incremented the range ofSystem to others products and financier services, which should be approbate previously with Superintendent Counsel´s Resolución. However, products´ detail o financiers services before commentedhaven´t been specified yet though obligatory Resolución
