DefinitionThe Simple Future is a time verbal that used to describe actions to be developed in the future without the need to clarify at what point will occur. Its equivalent in the Spanish language is theFuture Imperfect. For example:
I will study the lesson. Yo estudiaré la lección.(No se menciona en que tiempo)
He will travel to London. Él viajará a Londres.(No se especifica cuando)
They willbuy a new car. Ellos comprarán un nuevo auto.(No se sabe en que momento)
But also can express the time in which the action is, for example:
Susan will visit her mother tomorrow. ( Susanvisitará a su madre mañana.)
John will travel to New York the next month. (John viajará a Nueva York el próximo mes).
Uses
Actions will be developed with certainty in the future
Examples :- OM Personal will be six in 2005. OM Personal cumplirá seis años en el 2005.
- I will play tennis tomorrow. Jugaré tenis mañana.
Prediction in the future.
Example :
- It will snow tomorrow.Nevará mañana.
Promesas.
Example :
-"Every Argentinian will have a job in this blessed country." (Carlos Menem)
-"Todo Argentino tendrá un puesto de trabajo en este bendito país." (CarlosMenem)
Offerings.
-I will stay with you all night if you really need it.
-Me quedaré contigo toda la noche si realmente lo necesitas.
