CORPORATE TRAVEL POLICY

Costs of business travel increase regularly and significantly at group level. In order to reduce such expenses and to make savings while continuing serving ourbusiness, we should all adopt an attitude more adapted. A few simple rules, applied below the accountability of the management and relayed on all reservations tools used worldwide will help us toreach these objectives. All travel requests should be submitted to the manager and travel budget should be included in yearly objectives. Reporting will be provided regularly to the management in orderto monitor the travel costs. I hope these rules will be a useful guide to every traveler. I am calling for sensible communication between travelers and their managers to keep all travels within therules set by. MEETINGS
 Internal: Consider conference calls,videoconference and Webex instead of business travels This solution will be even more used as the new Active Directory domain will facilitate our uses of teleconference on the Cegedim network directly from theworkstation.  Clients:  Anticipate as soon as possible clients meetings in order to benefit from the lowest air and train fare  Assess all travel needs before making any booking and try to findalternative solutions.

DEPLACEMENTS
Focus on the best rates, in particular the non-flexible fare. Book any trip at least 7 days in advance.  Take advantage of train for close destinations. Bookticket in Economy class. Traveling by train is mandatory between Paris and Lyon, Brussels or Amsterdam.  Whenever the main flight duration is less than 12 hours, select the Economy class. Business classshould be authorized only for flights lasting more than 12 hours, or for night flights lasting more than 7 hours.
