Every person in the world should have the same rights without caring their genre, color, economic status and most important; their sexual preference. Homosexuals had beendiscriminated and hunted through years, but they are just like heterosexuals, they want to get married and have a beautiful family. In the worst cases homophobic people damage and sometimes murder homosexualsjust because they think they do not deserve to live. Gay marriage should be legal everywhere in the world. This will lead to a peaceful coexistence without discrimination or disrespect.Homosexuality is romantic and/or sexual attraction or behavior between members of the same sex or gender. “Is homosexuality innate or acquired, psychological or biological? For some people, homosexuality is anormal sexuality, natural and lasting” (Krafft-Ebing, Richard Von Freiherr). Some people say you born with it, and the most skeptical affirm it is a disease and it can be healed. According to majorstudies, 2% to 13% of the population is homosexual or has had some form of same-sex sexual contact within his or her lifetime. If you are skeptical and you do not want to accept homosexuality as normal,just respect them and they will respect you back.

Gay marriage has been banned in a lot of countries; while in some of them, has recently been approved. “Legalizing marriage between homosexuals is agreat advance without precedents” (Sebastian Piñera, 2010). Besides Chilean president supports marriage between homosexuals it is illegal in this country nowadays. Around the world, there areapproximately 13 countries that accept marriage between homosexuals, but unfortunately in around 40 countries it is prohibited and also punished with jail or death sentence. In our country; Mexico, gaymarriage is legal in some states and all the remaining ones are obliged to honour same-sex marriages performed in Mexico City.
