Chapter 1
Preface Company Manuals
The Company Maintenance Manual is designed to provide information covering organization scope of Maintenance, responsibility and
generalpolicies and procedures for the methods and techniques employed in the Maintenance of the aircraft and associated equipment.
The manual will provide all maintenance personnel with Necessary information and instructions to perform their duties and responsibilities
with high degree of safety.
This Manual has been prepared in accordance with Federal Aviation Regulations, 14CFR Part 129.14 and ICAOrequirements. Each
Manual is serial numbered and assigned to specific individuals, sections and departments, as necessary. All Manual holders are required to
maintain they’re assigned manuals current and will incorporate all revisions as they are issued. Copy of the manual is carried on aboard
each aircraft for use by ground and flight personnel.
The Director of Maintenance and Technical isresponsible for all text contained in the company-issued Maintenance Manual
Chapter 2
“Company Organization”
In this chapter will found all the information related to company organization. This organization is primarily responsible for:
1. INSPECTION: the airworthiness of aircraft, including airframe, power plant, appliances, and parts thereof, in accordance with the
applicable manuals, andFederal Aviation Regulations, when applicable.
2. MAINTENANCE: the performance of the maintenance, alterations, and inspections of aircraft, including airframes, powerplant,
appliances and parts thereof, in accordance with the applicable manuals, and Federal Aviation Regulations, when applicable.
The Company may make arrangements with other entities for the performance of any or all of themaintenance, alteration or inspection of
aircraft, including airframes, power plant, appliances or parts thereof. However, the Company is not relieved of the responsibility specified
above even though the entity with whom the arrangements are made for the performance of any or all of its maintenance, alterations, or
inspections, holds a certificate from the Federal Aviation Agency, whenapplicable, to perform such maintenance, alteration and inspection
