Some people believe that it is not good to know what kinds of medical problems they might have later in life. Whydo they say that? Many of them think that if they know what the future will bring to them, they will not longer be happy because they wouldbe thinking about everything they do to try to avoid all the problems or they won’t do anything “bad”. Consequently, they may spend a lotof money in medical treatments. Also, they wouldn’t like to know because they would spend all their life with fear, so they wouldn’t doanything risky or fun. They could also be regretting about everything they do, or they might not want to have children because of the fear ofleaving them alone.
On the other hand, there are many people that think that knowing your future medical problems its better. One of thearguments these people have its that if you know when or what illness you’ll have, you can take advantage of the time and do everything youwould like to do, like traveling, doing things you enjoy or spend time with your family. Another thing is that you can take treatments tohelp you fight the illness with time, and maybe you can save your life by knowing and treating it with anticipation. Finally, you can startpreparing yourself and the people who loves you, so they don’t suffer that much when you leave, or it doesn’t take them by surprise.
