Tips
* Try something different occasionally. If you always work in oil paints, try doing a watercolor, spending some time drawing, or trying tosculpt. Create work completely from your imagination, try doing a piece using reference photos, create a portrait, a landscape, or life drawing.
* Don't compare yourself to other artists too much.If seeing another artist's work inspires you to work harder or try something different with your own art, that's fine. But don't obsess over the idea that you'll never be as good as this otherartist. Compare what you're doing now to what you did years ago and see how much you've improved.
