La calidad de vida de las personas está directamente relacionado con su entorno; de ahí la preocupación de mantener un espacio libre de basuras contaminantes y cualquier otro desecho; debido aesto surge la necesidad de ubicar dicho residuos en un lugar donde no afecten no perjudiquen a nadie.

El relleno sanitario es el lugar indicado, ya que ayuda a mejorar la calidad de vida de las personas de una ciudad solo si se desarrolla según las normas; esta idea del relleno sanitario surgió debido al interrogante de qué hacer con los desechos sólidos y líquidos que genera una poblacióndiariamente, para su construcción se debe regir por el POT de la ciudad, el cual le indicara el lugar exacto donde no interferirá con la vida cotidiana de las personas alrededor de la ubicación de dicho relleno, además de el papel que juega el relleno sanitario de almacenar dichos desechos también cumple como objetivo tratarlos, ya sean líquidos con tratamientos fisicoquímicos y bilógicos o...
