Resum Este documento recoge la labor llevada a cabo para el diseño e implementación de una herramienta capaz degestionar una centralita telefónica IP basada en tecnología VoP (Voz sobre IP). Se incluye en el escrito la información conceptualmente necesaria para entender el sistema IP Centrex, para entender los requisitos que cubrirá la herramienta y el desarrollo de la misma, desde su concepción hasta su creación. Esta aplicación cumple la necesidad de un sistema de información para la administración de unaserie de productos y sus servicios asociados, la contratación de los mismos, y la gestión de los usuarios que acceden a ellos. Para la implementación del instrumento de gestión se han utilizado tecnologías que nos permitan trabajar en un entorno de Web dinámica; un núcleo programado en lenguaje Java, acceso a los datos con Hibernate, y la creación del interfaz de usuario utilizando Struts juntoJSP.

Overview This document gathers the carried out work for the design and implementation of a tool able to manage a telephone switchboard IP based on VoP technology (Voice over IP). The information conceptually necessary is included in the writing to understandsystem IP Centrex, to understand the requirements that will cover the tool and the development with the same one, from its conception to its creation. This application fulfils the necessity of an information system for the associated administration of a series of products and its services, the hiring of such, and the management of the users who accede to them. For the implementation of themanagement instrument technologies have been used that allow us to work in dynamic surroundings of Web; a nucleus programmed in Java language, access to the data with Hibernate, and the creation of the user interface using Struts together JSP.
