InsightSoft-M License Agreement

PLEASE CAREFULLY READ THE FOLLOWING LICENSE AGREEMENT
BEFORE RUNNING MasterText PROGRAM.

BY OPENING THE MasterText YOU INDICATE YOUR ACCEPTANCE OFTHE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT.

I. Copyright/Proprietary Protection
MasterText is owned by InsightSoft-M and is protected by international copyright laws and international trade provisions. You musttreatMasterText like any other copyrighted material. This license and your right to use MasterText terminate automatically if you violate any part of this agreement. In the event of termination, youmust immediately destroy all copies of MasterText .
II. License Grant
InsightSoft-M grants you a nonexclusive license to:
- Use one copy of the MasterText on a single computer.
- Make onecopy of the MasterText for archival purposes,
or copy the software onto the hard disk of your computer
and retain the original for archival purposes.
III. You may not:
- Modify, translate,merge theMasterText with another program, except for your personal use on a single computer. Any modifications to the MasterText are subjects to this agreement.
- Disassemble, decompile or make anyattempt to discover the source code of the MasterText .
- Sublicense, rent or lease any portion of the MasterText .
- Use the previous version of the MasterText that has been upgraded orupdated under this agreement. Upon upgrading or updating the MasterText, the old copy must be deleted from the computer.
IV. No Liability for consequential damages
In no event shall InsightSoft-M or itssuppliers be liable for any damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, damages for loss of profit, business interruption, loss of information, or other particular loss) arising out of the useof or inability to use this InsightSoft-M product, even if InsightSoft-M has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
