Businessenvironmenn reffers to the external factors and the influences and preassure excerted by theses on a business. The external factors cannot be controled by the managment, and therefore often haveinfluence on how the internal environment of a business is shaped. The business environment constituents of a business environment are:

* Economic environment
*Geographic and ecological envirnoment
* Legal environment
* Social environment
* Educational and cultural environment
* Political environment

* Social environment refers to the responsibility a business has twoards the society. There are several social groups.Shareholders, government, local inhabitants, suppliers, distributors etc. Each social group has different interests and expect different things from the business.
c) Economic environment:
* Thisreffers to the overall economic factors that influence a market. This could be a countrys economic philosophies, the economic structure, policies and controls and regulations. The economic philosophy of acountry has huge impact scope and function of organizations in a country. Divided into comunist , socialist, mixed, and capitalist economy.

*Educational environment reffers to the level of education in an environment. A highly educated environment has other preferences thatn that of a less educated environment.
* Cultural environmentrefers to the values, norms, customs, ethics, goals and other accepted behavioural patterns by a countries population. These often differ in rural vs urban áreas, and within different religions.
