Global Warming
Global warming is due largely to the accumulation of greenhouse gases in the atmosphere. This is causing an altered climate in mostregions of the world, with significant environmental, social and economic impact. However , some skeptics affirm that this is not true.Scientific skepticism is healthy and Science is skeptical by nature.Genuine skepticism considers all the evidence before reaching a conclusion. Although, when all the arguments about global warming expressed by the skeptics are reviewed in detail it isnotices that the collecting of the evidence is partial while some many other do not fit and they have to be discarded. . Global warming is a reality and we cannot deny it . This phenomenon is mainly causedby man and we have to do something to stop it or the consequences will be catastrophic for all mankind.
Today, scientists look for a single answer and one to be consistent with all the evidencefound. The set of evidence on climate science points to a number of identifiable human footprints are causing climate change. The evidence of a man made cause of the global warming is not purelybased on mere theory or computer models, but on direct observation of many independent measurements taken from real world. There are a number of heating patterns which are consistent with the greenhouseeffect. The entire structure of our atmosphere is changing. Carbon measurements found in the air indicate that the burning of fossil fuels is dramatically increasing the amount of carbon dioxide(CO2) in the atmosphere. Measurements via satellite confirm that the aadditional CO2 is trapping heat that should otherwise escape into space. When analyzing the arguments of skeptics about globalwarming, a common pattern it is found. They attempt to focus on small pieces of the puzzle obviating the big picture. An example of this is the argument that the amount of CO2 emitted by human activity...
