Well, based on the results of the survey related to the different powers, I am now able to identify which are my strengths and which are my weaknessess. There are five main leadingpowers: Referent powers, Expert powers, Legitimate powers, Coersive powers and Reward power.

SURVEY RESULTS
-Reward powers: 15/4= 3.75
-Coercive Powers: 11/4= 2.75
-Legitimate Powers:28/4= 7
-Referent powers: 24/4= 6
-Expert powers: 26/4= 6.5

As you can see, my strengths are located mainly in three different powers: Legitimate powers, Referent powers and Expertpowers and i totally agree with the results. A legitimate leader is based on position and hierarchy. It also likes the formal exchange of knowledge as well as referent and expertleaderships.Before the results of the test, i knew that i liked to teach and share what i know with other people, especially at work. I have the opportunitity to work while studying, even though isnot a demanding job, but i assist every day and can my apply my knowledge on the business. In addition, I've worked with my father since i was 9 years old, learning about my field.Today, I share my knowledge every dayy and pass it to the employees that work and help the company to grow. I've been thought that the employees are the base of a business, if you dont treatthem well, then the business will collapse, and i do not mean by "treat them well" to send gifts or raise their wages. By good treatment, Im refering to the opportunity to grow personallyas businessmans that will be given hand the respect that will be granted to them that way they will feel part of the family, part of the business.

In conclusin, Im thankful with thetest because it helped me by discovering the things that i possess and i didnt know that i had. From now on i would be able to put them into practice and make my business grow successfully.
