This instruction will help you verify your SourceOne security scope. It covers the following SourceOne Shipment Reporting:
* Analyzer cubes
* Trackerreports
* CETrackers

How can you verify what security scoping you have?

1. Using your Internet browser, go tohttp://osaweb_nala.internal.pg.com/check_access/CheckAccess.html
2. Type in your ID or t-number.

3. Click on the ‘Check Analyzer Access’ button to verify your security scope.

4. Ifyou want to verify what your scope means in terms of Profit Center, Geography, or Product view, you can verify this in the attached Excel file.

If youidentify that your current security scope is in appropriate or you are flagged having an UNSCOPED access, please request proper scoping via my.pg.com (should yoursecurity scope is correct, you may skip the succeeding steps.

5. Go to my.pg.com and click on the Security Access link under Business Management.

6.Click the SourceOne Security Access link.

7. Click on the Request SourceOne Analyzer/Tracker Access link and follow the instructions described in thee-form.
