SEGUIR LAS SIGUIENTES RECOMENDACIONES SEGÚN SU CORREO DE PRIORIDADES:
1. Our primary focus is onreclaimed textiles and vegetable matter. As such, random cut products are key. Short staple and precision cut products are “down the road”. Reclaimed textiles and vegetable matter should be the primaryfocus of your study and those items normally requiring virgin synthetic material or off-spec spin waste from the chemical producers should be secondary and limited (normally required for precisioncut and short staple products).
2. Precision cutting and dyed products require a good water supply which we do not have. Getting into these categories is longer term as we will need to set up asatellite facility or relocate.
3. We need to get good information on products for the pet and food industry. I think there is a big missed opportunity here. You need to get into this in a bigway and it should be a primary focus. Both in terms of products and regulatory approvals. Personally, I would make this your #1 priority – but I leave that to Marcel.
4. Friction products,resins and sealants and molds would be my recommendation as the next priorities.
5. My view is – we have done enough reading of the competitor’s literature. We need to get out to the potentialcustomers. This will give you a better feel for the market and also provide you the opportunity to start developing some potential sales. I would start contacting some potential customers re item 3...
