Gung-ho Movie

Gung ho is a slang term in American English used to mean "enthusiastic" or "dedicated". The Gung Ho movie talk about that slang term and how two different cultures, such as theJapanese and de North American cultures are try to blend.
The Gung-ho was a successful movie starring by Michael Kaeton and Gedde Watanabe. In that movie can be seen different Cultural Framework class.Starting for the Japanese culture, the Japanese peoples have a special way to see the work. They really “get T” (ponen la camiseta) with his organization, for him the work is one of the most importantthings on his culture. If the Japanese isn´t finished his work on time, he or she must stay on his workplace to finish his or her work, and they not even thing in extra time pay. For the Japanesepeople the most significant incentive to make an excellent work is “give their best and does a quality work”. The Japanese people in general terms they “live to work”.
For another way, the North Americanindividuals needs an incentive to work, and an extra incentive to does a quality work. They prefer stay in other place before being in his or her workplace. The friendship and family is the very bestthing on his life, and they take the work only as a means to live better. Obviously that is in a general terms, but in other words and contradicting the Japanese culture, the North American people“work to live”.
Now if we are taking about the Silent languages, we can see many expressions of that concept in Gung-ho film. First, the language of time, to the North American worker arrives to the work2 minutes later or leaves the workplace one minute before that means being just on time. On the other hand, for de Japanese worker arrives or leaves the workplace 2 minutes later or beforerespectively, that’s considered an undisciplined behavior.
