Why does Hamlet trust and admire Horatio?

Horatio hasn’t betrayed Hamlet, and that’s why Hamlet tells him all hissecrets and he knows that Horatio won’t go to Claudius and Gertrude and tell them he has confined him. He also admires him because he is really emotionally strong and he holds his feelingsaround people.

What does Hamlet admit to Horatio and the audience just before the company arrives to view the play?

Hamlet admits to Horatio his planof the play. The plan he made to catch the Kings conscience. He presented a play similar to what happened to Hamlet’s father to see the Kings reaction and see if it was true.How does Hamlet’s speech pattern change when the others enter the room to view the play? Why?

As he did on act 2 with Polonius, again he startsto speak in prose. This gives more meaning and emphasis to his words.

Why Hamlet does speak to Ophelia in such vulgar terms?
Hamlet feelings towards Ophelia are stillconfusing for the readers in this scene. Hamlet might think that Ophelia was allied with his father and Claudius against him, for this reason he treats her bad and is indifferent to what heused to feel towards her, also all this mood change might be part of his madness.

What is the significance of this second appearance of the ghost?The Ghost’s significance this second time is what he reminded to Hamlet. He wasn’t supposed to hurt the Queen, but avenge his father’s death, this ghost is only seen in the by Hamlet andis invisible to Gertrude, meaning that he doesn’t want to be seen by her or possibly making a reference to Hamlet’s madness, because he is the only one in the room able to see the ghost.
