1. Listen to the whole objection without interrupting the prospect, then pause.
2. Repeat or restate theobjection back to them; so, your question/concern is that…… or; so, what you are saying is….
3. Acknowledge their question/concern by saying; I completely understandor I can appreciate that or I agree, that is a valid concern/question.
4. Isolate the question/concern by asking…And before I answer your question/concern, can youplease tell me if this is the only thing holding you back from moving forward with me today?
5. Answer the question/concern if it is a real objection. If it isnot, then keep probing for the real objection.
6. Close….ask for the business; if I could would you?OR.

4.Isolate the question/concern by asking; and before I answer the question/concern is this the only thing holding you back from moving forward with me today?
5.Answer the question/concern, if it is a real objection. If it is not, then keep probing for the real objection.
6. Close….ask for the business; if I could would you?
