Hardware Maintenance

Personal Objective:
The objective is to inform all the students about their computer hardware maintenance, in order to protect the equipment, giving them a good use.
And then, investigate, what’sthe correct maintenance for all computers from different brands?

Why do we choose this Project?
We chose it, because they’re many solutions to protect the computer in a virtual way but not in aphysical way (what we can touch). Commonly the computers come with factory protection but that is not enough, because in some cases, those companies do not satufy all the necessities.

WHAT'S THEPURPOSE OF MAINTENANCE?
It’s useful to prevent electric and mechanical failures in computer peripherals like (keyboard, mouse, LCD monitor, etc.) and the CPU. It’s recommended to perform a preventiveclean (lubrication, verification and adjustments) at least every 6 months depending on the necessities of the equipment. Also it’s necessary to give maintenance to the computers software, because thecontinuous use generates a series of changes in the system original configuration, causing a low performance that with time it can generate serious problems. Nowadays it is essential keeping updatedyour antivirus database. Talking about printers, we recommend you to give them a preventive maintenance at least once a year.
Hardware
The computers have a physical deterioration but that is not theonly way, the software and operative System get deteriorated too, by the time the computer’s efficiency starts to decrease and the user starts to feel it doesn’t work that well as the beginning
Dueall these, we recommend you to make maintenance to your pc at least once every six months. The PC maintenance helps the computer to have a better performance at longer time.
But there is somethingto have on mind, the PC maintenance will not avoid the wear of your software and hardware, but it will help to last longer and with good performance
