The physical capacity is telling us that we have to make a routine of exercise during our freetime, that way we would be able to get our minds free from our problem and leave our stress back and get relaxed.

Emotional Capacity:
With the emotionalcapacity you are able to control your feelings and that is going to help you to do your goals. For example if you are excited to win the employee of the month and every dayyou feel that your are going to win because you did something good, you might be sure you will win.

Mental Capacity:
The Mental Capacity is very common to theEmotional Capacity, the difference in my opinion is that with the mental capacity you have to control your mind and get realistic to things.

Spiritual Capacity:The reading says that the word SPIRITUAL promotes to conflict, but that is not my point of view, form me is a way to discover your inside, and with practice you willbe able to control your self, don’t getting crazy, but like the pyramid says you will need all the other capacities to be an integer person and have a leaded life.
