Mario and Roberto Escobar


Roberto Escobar and Mario Escobar are my friends. They are brothers, but they lookdifferent and their habits are different. Roberto has healthy lifestyle, he exercises five times a week, he follows a healthy diet, and he tries to balance his work schedule with the rest of hisactivities. On the other hand Mario has unhealthy lifestyle, he never exercises, he usually eats fast food, he works six days a week, and he often stays alone at home in his day off.
Every morning,Roberto goes to the gym at 6:30, and he exercises for two hours. Mario never go to the gym, but he wakes up early because he has to work. After gym, Roberto always eats fruits and oatmeal for breakfast.Mario only drinks coffee for breakfast because he doesn’t have enough time to have a complete meal. Roberto starts his job at 11:00 a.m, and ends at 7:30 p.m. Otherwise Mario stars his job at 7:30 andends at 8:00. Roberto eats lunch at 1:00 p.m, he usually brings his lunch from home because he doesn’t buy fast food. Mario eats lunch at 12:00, he always buys food from nearby restaurants, and heeats a snack around 3:00 p.m. Sometimes, Roberto goes out with his coworkers after work, or he spends time with his friends. In his days off, Roberto visits his brother Mario who lives in Brooklyn.Mario has one day off per week, but he does the housework in his day off, such as grocery shopping, doing laundry, etc. Every night Roberto has dinner at 8:30, but he doesn’t eat carbohydrates for dinner.Mario always eats a lot for dinner, he also drinks coffee and eats donuts after dinner. Roberto goes to bed at 10:00 every night. Mario usually watches TV very late, and goes to bed around 12:00.Most of the time Roberto looks happy, and he has a lot of energy, he always plans to go out with his friends or at least has a dinner with all of them.
