THE OPINION PARAGRAPH
WHAT QUALITIES, IN MY OPINION, MAKE A GOOD TEACHER?
When we talk about the educationmany of the factors that positively or negatively affect it, but al what point we have evaluated or analyzed the qualities that every teacher must possess or develop to be more effective and assertiveat the time provision.
Typically, they attack the public schools versus private schools. But, when we evaluate the qualifications, training and the experience from both sectors of public schoolteachers are well above them. In addition, to theses requirements they have high level of commitment and often go further to provide their students all the tools they need to perform their learning.Unfortunately, being subject to education policy changes, the same system have been largely demoralized and stay of the defensive and vigilant to enforce their rights. As a result their image has beentorn in the process and the most affected has been the student body in general.
If instead the same justice system will make teachers could demonstrate their skills and acquire new for thestrengthening of education among our children and young people.
In my opinion, every teacher must have the following qualities of each student so that they see with great respect and admiration : commitment– to their profession and their students at the time of delivery of education; respect – for themselves, colleagues, students, etc.; empathy – the ability to step into the shoes of the others;education – to keep informed of changes and developments in their teaching area and other topics of interest; mediator – to deal with different situations or conflicts that often in the classroom.
Inshort, if every teacher to tell or develop the qualities mentioned above the meaning and perception we have of teaching would be different. Also, if the system is altered and is not subject to...
