1. ¿Qué período comprende la Edad Media?
Comenzó en el año 476 con la caída del imperio de occidente y su fin es en el año 1492 con eldescubrimiento de América. 
2. ¿En qué dos grandes épocas se divide? 
•La alta edad media (V-XI) Aparición y desarrollo del feudalismo
• La Baja Edad Media (XI-XV) Paulatina crisis del sistema feudal
3. Explica qué dos fenómenos se producen en la Edad Media debidos a la inseguridad y la crisis que sufrió Europa con la caída del Imperio romano. 
Después de la caída del Imperio Romano,   Europa  sufrió continuas invasiones   a manos de los pueblos bárbaros, lo que la convierte en una zona de gran inseguridad .Esto produce dos fenómenos:
  • La ruralización: La gente abandona las ciudades al tiempo que el poder de los reyes decae y la población se va   a vivir al campo.
  • El autoabastecimiento: Se produce una crisis del comercio
