From Cuauhtemoc you will travel to Candamena Canyon to explore, along with a group of climbers, the spectacular cliff of El Gigante, considered the highest verticalwall in Mexico.
When travelling across the Sierra Tarahumara on the Chepe, travelers become absorbed by the amalgam of diverse landscapes, which come to their climax in thestrait between Divisadero and El Fuerte. This is exactly the place where the railways go deep into the mountains to cross the rough geography of the Sierra Tarahumara. Passingnext to cliffs, entering tunnels, crossing bridges over plentiful rivers, going up and down the mountains, in the rain season, contemplating large number of warterfalls, areonly some of the few attractions at this magnificent tour.
After Temoris train station, be alert, because there it comes tunnel 49 (704.7 km), known as La Pera, where thetrain makes a turn of 180 degrees into the mountains. Once you enter, the landscape you could formerly see on the right side will be then on the left side, behind you.
