On the Insert tab, the galleries include items designed to coordinate with the overall appearance of the document. You can use these galleries to insert tables, headers, footers, lists, portals andother building blocks of the document. When you create pictures, charts or diagrams, are also coordinated with the appearance of your document. You can easily change the formatting of selected textinto the document by choosing a look for the selected text from the Quick Styles gallery on the Home tab. You can also format the text directly using other controls on the Startup tab. Most controlsoffer the possibility of using the current theme or look of a format you specify directly. To change the overall appearance of your document, choose new Theme elements on the Page Layout tab. To changethe appearance in the gallery Styles quick, use the Quick Change set of styles.
