The impact of the community the thermoelectric plant in Rosarito that make the environment more pollution because it alternate the environment outing hot water on areas of cold water and they make whirlpool and kill the animals. It canminimize the negative effects and increase the positive effects in the environment is to change the fuel. With this investigation we will find out how the thermoelectric plant has changed and its benefits for the city.
