1: In Sparta, community service and sacrifice came first. Family life was considered less important. Do you believe a society should expect someone to surrender his or her familylife in service to the government?
I think that it is a bad idea to give your child to the government at the age of 7 because a child needs to be loved and needs to know his or her family because it isimportant to be with the ones that you love and a 7 year old kid wouldn’t remember his or her family 23 years later. I think that the kid should go at the age of 15 because he could get to know moreof his or her family and he can remember it better and he or she could help more at the age of 15. Well I also thinkthat if the kid didn’t wanted to serve to the government he or she shouldn’t do it because I think the Spartans needed more liberty because that is really important for your life.

Some way, I like the idea that when the kids were 7 years old they go training at the military and not studding, but I also think that the 7 year old kid is not ready to be taken tomilitary service, I think the kids should be taken at the age of 15 because they will be stronger and a 7 year old kid is not so strong and needs to be with his or her family. Also the training was...
