Gabriel is kind and intelligent, but poor too. He loves Silvia Salgado, but she loves Marco (a bad but rich man). The Salgados (Silvia and her mother) had a lot of money, but they spent a lot inmedicines for her mother who was very ill (she couldn´t walk). Marco didn´t love Silvia: he wanted her Money.
Once, Gabriel was going to take Silvia to the cinema in order to see a film together, he wasgoing to give her a red rose. Silvia said she was very busy and that she couldn´t go. She was apologizing when Marco appeared with twenty roses. He was going to take Silvia to an expensive restaurantoutside the city. Gabriel was very angry with Silvia because she had lied to him, he left angrily and he threw the rose.

Silvia´s Story

Marco and Silvia went to the restaurant in Marco´sexpensive car. The restaurant was very luxurious and Marco had an argument with the restaurant´s manager because he hadn´t given them the table Marco had booked. Silvia went to the bathroom (which it wasoutside the restaurant). At 8:27, the earthquake happened.
The walls of the restaurant fell but Silvia wasn´t her (she was outside). She remembered that her mother was alone and she could be hurt, soshe had to returned home quickly. Her high-heel shoes were beatiful but they weren´t suitable for walking so she took them on her hands.When she arrived her neighbourhood, she heard that Marco hadsurvived but that he was very unkind and bad: he was more worried on his car than on the people who were hurt and under the walls. She realized that Marco was a bad person and that she loved Gabriel. Shewanted to find him to apologize for her behaviour.
In her neihgbourhood, Mr Delgado (a neighbour) told her that the Garcias had taken her mother to Liberty Park. She changed her shoes in her flat andtook her mother´s medicines.
In Liberty Park, she found her mother and the Garcias. Some days later, they heard on the radio that everybody could return to their homes but the dangerous buildings...
