Dear TOEFL-ITP Examinee:
Thank you for choosing us as your TOEFL-ITP Test Center. We would like to confirm that you have all the information youneed for your test this coming January 13th, 2012.
• You have received the TOEFL-ITP Examinee Handbook in booklet or electronic form. You must read it before you take your test.• Date and time:
o Friday, January 13th, 2012 at 11:00 am.
o Registration will begin at 10:30 am. You MUST arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the beginning ofthe test.
o Place: Harmon Hall San Luis Potosi Room: Philadelphia
• Requisites:
o Current Picture ID (IFE card or passport) in original and 2 photocopies.If you don`t have an IFE card or passport. You won´t be allowed to take the examination. Now, if you are a minor, you can bring a current school picture ID (also in original and 2 photocopies).o TOEFL-ITP Registration form (the sheet at the end of the “ TOEFL-ITP Examinee Handbook”)
o Receipt of payment (not applicable on Harmon Hall students)…
oIf you don`t have any of the requisites mentioned above, YOU WILL NOT BE ADMITTED TO THE TEST.
• Materials:
o TWO No.2/HB pencils
o Eraser (we recommendthe white ones).
o Sharpener.
Filling-out the test formats will take about 30 min; the test itself lasts approximately 2 hrs. Please plan accordingly. Once the test hasstarted no one will be admitted into the testing room.
Test results will be ready no later than three weeks after you take the test. If you have any additional questions, please contact us atyour convenience.
