FBackup End User License Agreement (EULA)

NOTICE TO USERS: CAREFULLY READ THE FOLLOWING LEGAL AGREEMENT. USE OF FBackup (the “SOFTWARE”) PROVIDED WITH THIS AGREEMENT CONSTITUTES YOUR ACCEPTANCE OFTHESE TERMS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT, DO NOT INSTALL AND/OR USE THIS SOFTWARE. USER'S USE OF THIS SOFTWARE IS CONDITIONED UPON COMPLIANCE BY USER WITH THE TERMS OF THISAGREEMENT.

1. License grant
This EULA grants you the right to store, load, install, execute or display unlimited copies of the SOFTWARE on your DEVICES.

DEVICE means a computer, informationappliance, peripheral or gadget. DEVICE must be wholly owned, rented or leased by you. "You" means the company, entity or individual who received the SOFTWARE.

You may not modify the SOFTWARE or disablefeatures of the SOFTWARE except as an intended part of the SOFTWARE's programming features.

2. Restrictions
You may not rent, lease, sub-license, transfer or sell the SOFTWARE. You agree not tomodify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or otherwise attempt to discover the source code of the SOFTWARE. You may not alter or modify the installer program or create a newinstaller for the SOFTWARE.

3. Freeware
This SOFTWARE is free for personal or commercial use. When you obtain a copy of the SOFTWARE, you are granted an unlimited usage period.

You are expectedto use the SOFTWARE on your system and to thoroughly evaluate its usefulness and functionality. This approach is the ultimate guarantee that the SOFTWARE will perform to your satisfaction; therefore,you understand and agree that there is no compensation policy for the malfunction of the SOFTWARE.

4. Ownership
The SOFTWARE is owned and copyrighted by SOFTLAND. This license confers no title orownership of the SOFTWARE and should not be construed as a grant of any right in the SOFTWARE.
