Housing and studio are separated with independent access , but connected in a single body arranged according to sunlight. Theplant is a rectangle around a courtyard , with two access stairs. The studio is located on the south side of the rectangle.

The property is situatedon the north side but it is long and twist to search for the midday sun , for this stretched the dining room to the west facade , and upstairs in the room turned towards the south facade. On eachfloor , housing and studio share a terrace . West on the lower floor and the east in the upper.

Acces to housing is produced bythe kitchen from outside staircase . In the kitchen there is a table of 6 metres in length which serves both for cooking and eating , it´s made of stainless steel and has a single central support, the countertop and sink are corian , without joins . A step allows the top to 90 cm in height with one 70 cm table , a perfect way to solve the kitchen and dining room in a single gesture , thedining area equipped with MVS 05 of Vitra.

A steel on the wall allows the cantilever of the stairs that connect the two floors of the house; the landing is transformed into the kitchen and tablein the next room.

A light run goes around the table , across the hood. Light and hood form a single element made of stainless steeland suspended from the ceiling. The flooring is green epoxy

Since the first space part of the staircase leading upstairs . It consistof simple wooden planes in the wall. The skylights in the roof translate all the sun´s journey into.
