How Healthy Are You?

REPORTI did an interview with a group of people based on their nutrition and lifestyle. The group of people is between 18 and 20 years old and my survey is also based on their sex (male and female).However, they are people that don’t work, only study and they are more obsessed of their bodies and their physical appearance.
I was said that their health was very important and very good,also that their lifestyle is well, but they think that they could improved it. They are said that meals their eat should be health and rarely they it fast food. Our public said that wasall-important do exercise in spite of its importance nobody do sport because their haven’t got time. The group of people said that their have some complex about the physical appearance, also they wouldlike to change their nose and their longe stomach. Two people of the group of them are said to haven’t ever been on diet. Half of the group interviewed regularly eat snacks between meals. Smoking isnot popular in the group because most of people had been aware of the danger it could cause.
It is recommended to have 5 meals a day and to drink 2 liters of water per day. It is suggesteddoing exercise so as to be fit and avoid heart-attacks. Moreove, it is also important and something to keep in mind that alcohol is something that we should keep out of our diet because of thecalories it has. that is also applicated to yunk food, such us hamburgers, french fries etc. In addition stress contributes to get your health worse.
To sum up, as long as you follow this simpleindications you will be healthy and fit, and you will be happy.
