How To Deal With Overcrowded Classrooms

The problem of overcrowding in the classrooms is a complex one and entails issues aforementioned indocuments that were sent along with this course. From my point of view and personal experience in the school district I work in this is due in part to the parents wanting to enroll their children inschools and shifts that they deem to be “optimal“ and to the high-rate population growth in town as well.

This has been my second year working as an English Instructor for the Department of Educationand I have been appointed to work at “Xxxxx Yyyyy” Elementary in Linares for the second consecutive year. Currently I teach first, second and third graders in groups A and B. There are 29 students perclass in the first grade, twenty-seven students per class in the second grade and thirty-five students per class in the third grade, overcrowding being more evident among third grade students.

Letme start off by saying that there is a dire need of decent desks in these classrooms. There just aren´t enough to go around and the ones that are available are not at their best.
