How to unblocked dvdr3570h disc tray
Flip the unit upside down. Under the disc tray, you will see a horizontal slot/hole.
There's a small lead/lever inside.
If theposition of the white lever is left most, then use a pin to slide it to the right.
What I mean is flip over.
Jay: Flip it over to see the underneath part.
The lever/lead won't move even a millimeterif your sliding to a wrong direction.
Once you slide the lever correctly, the disc tray will open up. Flip the unit once again to the correct position and pull the disc tray slowly.
If still not beable to open with the remote or eject button, this unit may need some servicing.
Else, it needs some parts replacement.
You may need to contact your local Philips for parts availability and price.Oh let me explain it.
The gears of this unit might got stuck up and needs some lubrication. Else, this unit may need some replacement part.
