[pic] As an English teacher you were told to teach a 2nd year course of 30 students in a popular zone of Coro city. Most of them are 14 years old adolescents in average but there are few of them whoare younger and do not like sharing with those who are older since they think their topics’ conversation about fashion and parties are just meaningless. They prefer to talk about school and somecomics on TV. Something in which both groups agree is that learning English is not necessary for understanding things around them because they do not use it frequently, besides they prefer just writing inEnglish rather than speaking.
Considering you will have a 90 minutes class (session) to teach them about “giving advices and making suggestions”… What kind of strategies (at least three) would youpropose to the whole group in order to get them involve and share experiences, learn about the theme and evaluate qualitatively it?

First of all, you will have to describe in a paragraph how wouldyou create the optimal conditions for the students to be motivated for sharing experiences and points of view although they are so different in attitude and preferences. (here you can include a game,a dynamic or another activity).
Then you will have to suggest at least two strategies (describe the procedure and the resources you may use) for developing the topic and evaluating it qualitatively(what would be the main criteria and indicators to be considered?) during the class.
Finally, the reasons for developing and applying those strategies should be established in a closing paragraph.(Remember this is an essay)
