* Major Keyrole is to gather information using open-ended question relating to specific job behavior, in-depth or real-life performance at work, and identify whether the applicants will best fit to the job roleand matches the criteria of the cultures and structures of the company.
2. Recruitment Manager
* Recruitment manager is needed to facilitate the interview and to ensure that the interviewprocess is proper and legal and also provide some advice to the Regional General Manager in making some decision. And also sourcing for potential and suitable applicants and screen out unsuitableapplicants for the final interview.
3. Service Quality Advisor
* Key role is to assist the Regional General Manager to evaluate whether the applicant have the skills needed to success in thisjob such as communication, leadership, and services skills.
