The Resources: here are all the elements that are the base of the activity of a business, for example: the financial resources, the experience, and the knowledge of the ones that workin the firm, the technological resource, commodities, time, resource's locatives, human resources. 
Systems and Procedures:  It is the form as the resources are administered in orderto achieve positive results in a business.  Among them are systems of production, personnel management, marketing.  The financial resource is administered through the system ofaccounting and finances.  Relations:  They are the communications, the motivation, relations of groups, that is to say, those are things those themselves are not seen very clearly, but that canaffect positive or negatively all an organization.  The Relations join with some individuals with other and from time to time this interrelation can degenerate in problems of authorityor motivation.  Identity:  Every person needs a name and a document that identify it in its personal and legal relations, the business with more reason needs that identity, since thisthe one that guarantees the trade relations, legal and financial.  Likewise, that identity is the one that goes opening the road between the competence to arrive at its clients and to becash in the business world.  Among these factors of identity, they are the name, the objectives, the mark. 
Human factor:  This it is the true heart and soul of the business; this isthe one that mobilizes all the resources of the business, through systems and procedures, presenting relations and in final carrying to the business to comply with objectives. Therefore, it is that itself should not doubt in saying that of the development depends and the survival of the business.  Here is the manager, owner, the associates and the employees.
